Refund Policy

1. Services

 

Due to the personal nature of grooming services, all service sales are final and non-refundable once completed.

If you are unsatisfied with a service:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We may offer to correct or adjust the service at no additional charge, at the discretion of the shop manager or your barber.

  • Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference or after the 48-hour period.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or restrictions on future bookings.

2. Hair Products & Merchandise (In-Store)

 

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused hair products or merchandise within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged

  • The merchandise is worn, washed, or missing original packaging

  • The return is requested beyond the 14-day window

If a product is defective or damaged upon purchase, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

3. Online Product Sales

 

We offer returns or exchanges for online orders of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item

4. Gift Cards

 

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Do not expire

  • May be used for any service or retail product offered at Sound Barbershop

If a gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us — we may be able to assist if proof of purchase is provided.
